This class invites participants to settle onto very comfortable futons and into poses where the body is fully supported with bolsters, cushions and blankets for a deeply restorative practice. This is a meditation for the body as you rest in each pose for quite awhile without any effort or holding. Providing deep rest to the nervous system, this an excellent class for busy, burnt out or adrenally fatigued people.
